Triceps Building Exercises To Get Muscular Arms

Ensure that you stretch your arms a notch beyond normal for triceps exercises. This is because the bulk of the triceps muscles lie on top of the arms, and it is important to stretch it to the fullest during each extension.

Triceps workouts include skull crushes, triceps extensions, as well as close grip bench presses, diamond pushups, and cable pushdowns. The first two are considered more effective because it gives you the full range of movement as compared to the other bodybuilding triceps exercises.
